Payment & Invoicing
- All services are invoiced on the day of collection
- Payment must be made before midnight to go on the next day’s delivery run
- Items are returned once the service is paid for
- We accept card payments, bank transfer, and cash
- Cash on delivery is available if arranged beforehand

Bag Weights & Load Sizes
- Standard load is up to 6kg (about a full laundry basket)
- We allow tolerance up to 8kg per load
- Anything over 8kg counts as a second load
- Wet items like towels weigh more — we take that into account
- We weigh at collection so there are no surprises
Care, Damage & Liability
- We always follow care labels on your items
- We’re fully insured (Public Liability & Care, Custody and Control)
- We can’t be responsible for items not suitable for machine washing
- Pre-existing damage should be pointed out at collection
- Some fabrics may shrink slightly — we always follow labels

Colour Run Risk
We sort laundry carefully by colour, but some items (especially new or bright ones) can still bleed. If you know something runs, please tell us.
We can’t accept responsibility for colour transfer from non-colourfast items, but we always do our best to avoid it.
Items Left in Pockets
Please empty pockets before bagging your laundry. We do a quick check, but can’t be responsible for damage caused by items left inside.
Anything we find will be returned where possible.
Cancellations & Changes
- Cancel or reschedule by 2pm on collection day
- No contracts — subscriptions can be cancelled anytime
- If something comes up, just let us know — we’re flexible

What does one load look like?
A standard load is roughly half to two-thirds of a drum when dry — leaving space for clothes to move and wash properly.
Good for lighter mixes and smaller bags. Plenty of movement space.
The sweet spot: enough laundry to be efficient, enough space to clean properly.
If it’s packed tight, we may split into two loads so it comes back properly clean and cared for.
Overfilled machines don’t clean properly and can be harsh on fabrics. We size loads so your laundry comes back clean, fresh, and well cared for. If it’s right on the edge, we assess it fairly and aim to round in your favour.
