Pricing & payments

• Prices are displayed on our website or confirmed at booking.
• Payment may be required in advance unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional charges may apply for heavily soiled items or special treatments.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations may still be chargeable.

Care of items

• We follow reasonable care standards when cleaning your items.
• You must inform us of any delicate fabrics, damage, or special requirements.
• We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing damage or wear.

Loss or damage

While we take care of your items, laundry services carry inherent risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of cleaning the affected item, except where required by law.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (e.g. weather, access issues).

Customer responsibilities
